Michele Stans d/b/a Soul Coach Studio, Manifesting with Michele, Michele the Manifesting Coach, et. al. (collectively “SCS”) cannot and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. All products and services by SCS are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. By using any of our content you agree that you alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt or claim to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
Hours of Operation
Office hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 2pm Central Time Zone (we strive to respond to all correspondence within 1 business day. All sessions are by appointment only.)
We close for all US government observed holidays and other holidays as announced.
Please allow 1 business day for responses to email, FaceBook or other messenger contact, and voice mails.
These policies and procedures apply to all SCS products sold on this site or any other site owned by SCS that includes a link to this page or any other SCS owned online or in person place of business.
Your billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
Returns & Subscription Cancellations
For SCS Readings and Coaching sessions - there are no refunds given once an appointment is made. You do have the option to reschedule your appointment if you do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. Should you need to cancel within 24hours of your session or you are a no show - your payment shall not be refunded.
SCS Subscriptions: There are no contracts or agreements on monthly subscriptions and you may cancel at any time. There are no refunds on subscriptions. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, your access will end at the end of your then current paid period.
SCS Lightcode Products: Once purchased, they are non-refundable unless the product was damaged in shipping. You must contact us within five (5) business days of receiving your product requesting a refund or replacement. Please email email@example.com with “Damaged Product” in the subject line and include photos of the damaged item.
Terms of Subscription Renewal
SCS Subscriptions automatically renew each month (or at the period chosen by you at the time of your enrollment) at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.
Personal checks are not accepted for any product, membership or service at SCS unless otherwise noted.
You agree that SCS, including but not limited to SCS products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content and social media used to implement SCS services and products, including but not limited to SCS brands soulcoachstudio.com and manifestingwithmichele.com, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by SCS and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the SCS services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the SCS services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from SCS. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the SCS services and products in any manner, and you shall not exploit the SCS brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, SCS and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any SCS products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the SCS at any time without notice. In no event will SCS be liable for making these changes. SCS may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of SCS services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to SCS (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by SCS and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF SCS, EXCEPT FOR USE OF SCS AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
SCS, the SCS logo, other SCS trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos or brands such as soulcoachstudio.com or Manifesting Mavens VIP Group, used in connection with SMS are trademarks or registered trademarks of SCS in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with SCS may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
